The IWW is the historic fighting union which is controlled by its members. It is like no other union in that we believe the problems of the working class cannot be solved by begging crumbs from employers or praying to politicians for favours. While it fights for better conditions today, the IWW insists that working people are entitled to everything they produce, instead of a meagre share.
If your workplace is not unionised, then please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help you get yourselves organised.

Low dues - dues are paid according to a sliding scale with low paid or unemployed members paying from as little as £1 a month.
EDUCATION WORKERS
The IWW is now organising education workers in our Education Workers' Union 620. For teachers, lecturers, trainers, classroom assistants, nursery staff, admin workers, caretakers, porters, librarians, kitchen staff, students, technicians, ancillary staff and all other workers in education.
